Bosses come in various shades. But what if your boss likes casual dressing. The dressed down Friday look first started with formal dressing giving way to the casual appetite on the last working day of the week. But then in some outfits, casual dressing is the norm. Not in the way that is commonly understood which is T-shirts and shirts out and no sense of footwear. Casually dressed in a formal environment means more than just cool colours. It is about matching, mixing the options to keep that working mood intact but approach it with light shoulders. At least when the work is killing the dress lightens up the load! Possibly your boss has figured it out and he wants you to do the same. So here are some of the best looks for fridays, check them out and tell us the ones you like best.
Shoes without laces. Socks that have patterns. Pleated trousers or even a smart fitting pair of denim. Offset with a mustard shirt or a matching deep blue denim full sleeves and don’t forget to roll up your sleeves.
Tone down the previous look. Stick to your denim but wear an elegant self-patterned white shirt with rolled up sleeves.
The power of black with grey as the rider it will be. Not a black trouser but grey one with a black half sleeve shirt.
A light grey trouser with a royal blue full sleeve shirt. For a change try them with grey suede shoes.
Beiges and browns. Either top or bottom in that shade is fine. Offset it with a deep tan belt and if possible a cream or canvas belt with a harness in place. Loafers yes. But not those really flat ones but with a bit of weight added to them.
Khaki chinos with a white shirt.
Take you pick of the shade and you decide. Stick to cotton.
Every day is a Friday in the minds of some men.
